  1. http://www.scribblar.com/    Scribblar is a simple free online collaboration room that is ideal for holding virtual brainstorms. Its main feature is its whiteboard, which can be changed by multiple users in real-time. While it doesn’t allow for the upload of documents, it does let users upload and download pictures. Users can also use the tool’s VoIP capabilities to transmit audio. Great for online tutoring too!
  2. http://collabtive.o-dyn.de/ Collabtive is web-based free project management software. It is open source software and provides an alternative to proprietary tools like Basecamp. Collabtive is written in PHP and JavaScript and is intended for small to medium-sized businesses and freelancers.        
  3. https://www.twiddla.com/ Twiddla is a real-time online collaboration tool. Its beauty is in its simplicity and accessibility: no plug-ins or downloads. In the free version, it’s possible to share pictures, files and e-mail and also to capture a screen.  It’s browser-agnostic, user friendly, and probably more fun than you're supposed to be having at work.   
  4. https://imeetcentral.com/ iMeet Central is an online project management software to streamline your businesses. The collaboration tools help marketers, creative agencies and enterprise businesses manage files, collaborate on projects and connect teams. Basic features include file sharing, discussion forums, virtual calendars, online diagrams, tasks, milestones and also a custom URL for the workspace. It is also a browser-based tool.
  5. https://redbooth.com/Redbooth (formerly Teambox) is a social project management and collaboration tool. It is an easy-to-use online task and project management software for busy teams. The tool focuses on ease-of-use and offers features similar to social networks such as activity streams, threaded conversations and commenting, inbox management and alerts, RSS feeds and more. worldwide for electronic signatures.
