Online Chart Software : Business users often don’t work in isolation, and Cacoo by Nulab is a charting solution built to address that need, among others. It’s an online tool that interfaces to a wide range of cloud services, including Google Drive/Docs, Confluence, Adobe Creative Cloud, Box and Dropbox. In addition to Cloud stored and distributed content, Cacoo also works with TypeTalk (another Nulab product) and Slack to enable an information flow that alerts other team members when a diagram is updated. 2. Digital Asset Management: Aprimo acts as an asset repository that can automate the delivery of approved, brand-compliant content. It comes with ideation capabilities that help to streamline both content ideation and content planning process. Also, you can connect Aprimo to third-party systems like WCM, eCommerce, Adobe Creative Cloud, CRM, ERP, PIM and PLM. 3. Kanban Apps: Kanban boards are a great way to plan your tasks—but so are mind maps, those intricate webs of ideas that help you string connections between your thoughts. MindMeister is one of the more popular ways to build digital mind maps. And once you're ready to turn those tasks into projects, their newer MeisterTask app is the kanban board app to use. 4. To Do App: The second tool you can use to boost your productivity levels is Wunderlist. It comes with a clean interface that is user-friendly. You can add and check off tasks, sub-tasks, add a due date or even reminders. You can also organize lists into folders and insert more items. Plus, you can filter tasks and keep track of your schedule. 5. CRM: HubSpot CRM is a free CRM tool for business that still packs a punch when it comes to robust and effective features. These functionalities include social media, customized views, company database, drag-and-drop communicator, and website, phone, and email integration. You can get started with this application quickly and need not change your existing workflow. The product offers the essential basic features and does not confuse users with complex bells and whistles. For these reasons, it is suitable for small and large businesses in any industry and niche. The software is available for free so you can easily try it out. If you have enjoyed this week's brief but carefully curated walk through the web, please feel free to share or forward this email.
