CRM: Insightly can acts as both a CRM and a lead management tool, and its data manipulation features even include project management capabilities as well. A mobile CRM app is also available with business card scanning and audio notes. They have great training videos to guide all level of users. 5. Time Tracker: Tracking time is clear and simple with Officetime. The interface is extremely intuitive and easy to use. Creating invoices is quick and easy once you have set up your templates. It operates reliably in the background not distracting from the work to be done.
