1. Project Management Tool:
Asana combines elements of project management, file storage, and collaboration and helps to manage projects across a team without email. Asana is a really easy-to-use tool with a simplistic layout. If you’re a small team with not too complex projects, check it out.

2. Communication app:
BlogIn provides an easy to use, out-of-the-box internal blog tool that enables employees to quickly share ideas and news, archive knowledge, pitch suggestions, ask questions and gain feedback. The Internal blog keeps all team members informed and up-to-date by collecting all relevant information and knowledge in one, organized and easily searchable place.

3. Video Conference:
Roundee is a video conferencing platform designed to be easily adaptable to any working environment, helping users maximize online meetings with powerful features on top of video conferencing, such as recording and meeting room branding. It is built to be versatile and seamlessly integrated, enabling users to video record online meetings and delegate tasks on the spot.

4. Mapping Tool:
If you want to create a map as quickly as possible, try Target Map. This is a straightforward and yet powerful solution for data visualization that allows to design a map in minutes. By joining the community of mappers on the site, you can create both public and private maps. For example, you can use a spreadsheet to create a map and then export the data to PowerPoint.

5. Diagramming Software:
draw.io is an online diagramming tool with integrations with Jira, Google, and Confluence available free online or at cost depending on integration chosen.

Project Close Checklist

You finally delivered the project and had the go live drinks. The team is now breaking up but there are a few things the project manager needs to do to make sure the project is closed and wrapped up. These are grouped into:
