Andrew Everett is passionate about putting together people, technology and hard work.
Over the last 20 years I have developed my skills and gained experience across several industries including telecommunications, IT, logistics, venture capital and start ups.
Leading large scale change management programmes and working on start-up ventures have provided me with unique opportunities to learn many aspects of business including strategy, marketing, regulatory, stakeholder engagement, due diligence, research, finance and operations.
This has not been a formula based experience; each engagement I have worked in has required different concepts and perceptions to achieve the agreed objective. Possibly the most important skill I have learnt is that analysis, judgment and argument whilst important must be coupled with creative, but also constructive, thinking to provide results.
Now I am sharing some of my experience through creation of tools and templates, writing and blog articles.
I used to run a consulting business called zelp.
Here are the tools and templates that help get it done in the world of technology consulting. You can find them here.

WHY ?
This blog and website is based on the insight that I like to be helpful and the desire to build a tribe around those who share, mentor and collaborate with others.
The sharing is given freely and with no expectation of return favours except in the general sense that karma exists and it is nice to be seen as a helpful and useful person.
That is the tribe of #helpgeititdone and that is why the blog is free and any templates and resources are only priced at the cost of a cup of coffee, which is normally how it works in the real world. If anyone asks for help, they offer to shout a cup of coffee. (long black for me please !)
This is the place you can discover helpful tools, templates and ideas that you can use to get projects, tasks and work done.
There are interviews, checklists, tools and templates that have been tested and successfully used on projects around the world.
Useful and it will help you #getitdone
