This week:

1. Team Chat App :
Redbooth, previously known as Teambox, Redbooth is an instant messaging app for business.Besides offering the features of group chats, file sharing, and conference calls, it also offers features such as delegate and assigns tasks for project management. It has a free subscription plan that allows companies with less than 10 users to run their account for free, indefinitely.

2. Accounting Software :
HDPOS Smart Accounts and Billing (HDPOS) is the best accounting software for small business. It has ease of use and nice interface. It is a Windows-based billing, inventory management, and accounting system and it easily installs on a single computer or multiple terminals.

3. Time Tracker:
Time Doctor  helps you track time across your entire team and markets itself specifically as “Time Tracking for Remote Teams”, which should give you a pretty good idea of who their target market is.If you want to get more control over your remote team, it includes an option to automatically take screenshots to ensure everyone is on task.

4. Surveys:
One of the most trusted apps you should check out is Survey Junkie. They have over 10,000,000 members and you can get paid cash via Paypal. Surveys cover a variety of topics and often very in length. Your opinion can helps influence brands and improve retail products. Longer surveys do pay more than shorter surveys. It’s also possible to earn points by referring friends and completing profile surveys.

5. Payments App:
Venmo is actually owned by PayPal, however, Venmo is a very different app than PayPal. Venmo is an app designed primarily to send money to friends, with an embedded social aspect. And, while you can sign in and access your account on the Web, it is a mobile first experience built primarily for use on the go with your smartphone.

If you have enjoyed this week's brief but carefully curated walk through the web, please feel free to share or forward this email.

  • Scope management- did everything get delivered
  • Risk and issues- what is still outstanding
  • Financials- did everything get paid ?
