The software is used by more than five million users around the world to streamline time tracking and invoicing. The vendor has recently updated the product to allow easy collaboration between team members and has added a redesigned dashboard where you can prioritize tasks and manage payments. The classic features have not changed and FreshBooks continues to offer top-rate invoice-to-payment functionalities, including direct payment gateways, overdue payment reminders, delay fees, and payment claims. 3. Time Tracker: Everhour is an online-only time tracker and lightweight scheduling app that syncs with productivity apps you may already use. When you connect Everhour to a supported app, such as Asana, all the projects you've created in Asana show up as projects in Everhour. Digital Asset Management: Bynder is a popular digital asset management platform that is used by Spotify, Canon, Puma, and other global brands. It also offers easy-to-use brand templates for users to create new marketing content right on the platform. Integration-wise, it supports with plenty of third-party apps such as Magento, Google Analytics, and more. Its Android and iOS apps are certainly a bonus too. 3. Whiteboard: Ziteboard is another web-based whiteboard that is shareable, has real-time functionality, and a zoomable whiteboard. It's also a whiteboard that loads into any web browser. This whiteboard does not require any setup and users don't need to log in. The boards are shareable with permanent URLS. What makes Ziteboard unique is the fact that users can publish boards to the web and feature them in presentation mode. Content Creation: Hubspot popularised the phrase inbound marketing, and as such is one of the main tools any content creator should consider when looking for a solution for distributing their content. Not only do they have an easy to use interface, Hubspot's content marketing distribution platform is second to none. From easy-to-build emails, to social media integrations and even chat-bot functionality, Hubspot will impress even the most discerning marketers. 2. Whiteboard: If you're used to having a physical whiteboard for your presentations and brainstorming sessions and are reluctant to go all-in on digital, you might lean toward Limnu. It feels so much like a real whiteboard that you can almost smell the markers. 3. Mailbox Collaboration: ONLYOFFICE doesn’t offer quite as many services as Zoho, but what it does do is offer them all within the same app, which is nice. And thanks to some nifty design, all the different features are easy to access while also being tucked away, so the tools you don’t use won’t be all up in your face.
